TARIFFS: (Minimum stay of Two Nights)

Prices based on 4 people staying ($25.00 per person extra)

PEAK SEASON:

• December, February, March, April  $450.00 per night
• February min 7 nights
• March min 3 nights

EASTER & LABOUR WEEKEND: $500.00 per night

• XMAS NEW YEAR and 1 January 30 January NOT AVAILABLE
• All bookings incur a one time linen and exit cleaning cost of $125.00 Just relax and enjoy

 

SHOULDER SEASON:

• September, October, November,  & May $425.00 per night
• cleaning cost $125.00

LOW SEASON:

• June, July, August $425.00 per night
• (Two people only tarrifs on application)
• Longer term special rates can apply if staying one week or longer.
• Rates are subject to availability, change and confirmation.
• Rates for dates that include New Zealand public and school holidays may vary.
• Pets may stay on request.
• cleaning fee of $125.00

PAYMENT:

A deposit of one nights accommodation is required to confirm a reservation. This will be refunded if advised prior to 30 days before cancellation

Otherwise the following applies:	Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 50% forfeit of the deposit
	Cancellation within 7 days of arrival:  100% forfeit of the deposit

In the event we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the above charges apply.

In the event of any damages charges will be made back to the renter

ACCESS:

After 2pm on arrival date. Departure by 11am. This is flexible depending on other bookings.
